Service Policies

Service bookings require a minimum of 2 days before the requested appointment date. 

To cancel or reschedule, email energeticembrace@gmail.com a minimum of two business days prior to your appointment. 

Please remember that your appointment time has been set aside specifically for you and healing for your highest good.

Embrace School in-person workshops

Energetic Embrace reserves the right to cancel workshops with fewer than six students registered.

Accepted forms of payment for CDN clients include e-transfer or credit card and PayPal for USD clients. 

An invoice will be emailed two (2) days prior to your scheduled appointment. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and must be paid in full prior to your scheduled appointment.

Embrace School in-person workshops 

To honor and respect everyone's time and course availability, a 50% deposit of the workshop fee is required for each student upon booking to secure your space in the workshop. The balance owing is due on or before the 1st day of the class. Deposits and balances owing can be e-transferred to energeticembrace@gmail.com.

Services already provided are not eligible for refunds. 

Energetic Embrace™ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session where the client has not paid for their service in advance of their appointment time. 

Clients who cancel or reschedule with less than the required notice indicated in the Cancellation Policy will be charged the full appointment fee. This fee must be paid before booking future sessions. 

Embrace School in-person workshops

A deposit refund requires a minimum of 7 days' notice. If Energetic Embrace cancels the workshop, all amounts paid will be refunded.
